CoMath.ai is an AI-powered educational platform that generates personalized learning tests for children in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Our service includes:
- AI-generated quizzes across Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, Grammar, and Spelling
- Parent accounts for managing child profiles and viewing progress
- Kid login system with avatar selection
- Test result reports and performance tracking
- Subscription plans with varying levels of access
3. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
While we make every effort to design safe, age-appropriate prompts, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% factual accuracy of every AI-generated question or answer
- That all content will be perfectly aligned with every school curriculum
- That the AI will never produce unexpected or unusual content
We strongly recommend parents review test content periodically. If you encounter any content you consider inaccurate, inappropriate, or concerning, please report it immediately to [email protected] and we will investigate and address it.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One parent account may manage up to the number of child profiles allowed by your plan
- Children under 13 may not create their own accounts — a parent or guardian must create the account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use CoMath.ai for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI prompts or content systems
- Share your account credentials with others outside your household
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls
- Submit false information during signup or payment
6. Subscription & Payments
Free Plan
A free plan is available with limited tests per month. No credit card is required for the free plan.
Paid Plans
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans — you will not be charged during the trial
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days
7. Intellectual Property
The CoMath.ai name, logo, website design, and software are owned by CoMath.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated test content is produced dynamically and is not pre-authored by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our service without written permission.
8. Privacy & Children's Data

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
CoMath.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate or appropriate for every educational context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoMath.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated educational content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
